The Development is a 16.2 (+) acre project located in the eastern portion of Miami-Dade County in the State of Florida, completely within the City of Doral. More specifically, it is located in Section 29, Township 53 South, Range 40 East, and is bounded on the west by N.W. 104th Avenue, on the north by N.W. 33rd Street, on the east by the Costa Doral Subdivision, and on the south by Lakeside Memorial Park.
